ELAF X3G is a high performances GPS/GALILEO/GLONASS antenna, operating on the L1 (1572.42MHz) signal band transmitted by the GPS/GALILEO satellite constellation and on band L1 (1602MHz) for GLONASS.
Specifically designed to operate in areas with a strong presence of electromagnetic interference and radio frequency.This antenna is also a high-quality solution for the implementation on marine GPS/GALILEO/GLONASS navigation systems.
The design of the ELAF TRI-BAND antenna provides a perfect solution for most stationary installations, where mechanical strength is a crucial factor for the overall system’s operativity. The shape and weatherproof construction make it a reliable reference in extreme weather conditions. The dome covers the antenna entirely, with a profile that prevents snow build-up and water infiltrations inside the mast assembly. The careful choice of materials (Aluminium and Stainless Steel) and construction details, allow to achieve a standard quality level of absolute excellence, with a failure ratio close to zero. The mounting system is optimized for quick and simple operations on clamped masts both vertically or horizontally.
The antenna can be used in combination with any GPS/GALILEO/GLONASS receiver or module, capable of supplying a voltage of 3 to 5 volts with minimum variations in the low-noise amplifier gain. Supplied as an option, the ELSE250 is a device that, interposed between the antenna and receiver, offers improved protection to induced surge voltages caused by nearby lightnings.
